Lifeline
Canberra exists to support people in crisis and save the lives of those
experiencing thoughts of suicide. All proceeds from this sale will support the
telephone crisis support service.

product information
All our
items are donated to Lifeline Canberra and inspected by our
volunteers before being offered for sale. We endeavour to clean items of
any dust or light marks. All photos, scans, etc. are of the actual item
and form part of the description. DVDs and Blu-rays are all visually
checked to have no marks which may affect use; however, they are not played
prior to sale unless otherwise indicated.
DVD
customers please note:
Not all
our DVDs are Region 4. Returns will not be accepted on non-compatibility
grounds. If an item is sealed, that is how it was donated to us.
Postage
Unless
otherwise indicated, all items have free post within Australia.
International queries are welcome; however, it may take us a few days to
obtain international postage charges. We will usually issue an invoice
within 24 hours.
Despatched
items are marked as posted through eBay and a tracking number link (where
applicable) will be automatically updated to the 'View Order Page'.
Australia
Post is our designated courier, and once the parcel has been delivered and
proof of delivery has been supplied, Lifeline Canberra is not liable for
any parcel that may go missing from the delivery point. If your order can't be
left securely in a 'safe place' according to Australia Post's definition,
please consider an alternative delivery point.
We
carefully package sold items to ensure they reach our customers safely. We use
recycled boxes and packing material as much as possible to minimise our
footprint, and we encourage recycling of all packaging.
Local
pickup
Local
sales may be collected from our Lifeline Canberra Mitchell warehouse at an
agreed time, or Booklovers Lane at the Fyshwick Markets (open Thursday to
Sunday). Payment must be made prior to arranging pickup.
