That Section is Flawless with No Dings No Dents No Corrosion No Pitting, The Inner Section that surrounds the Emblem looks like it is Chrome Plated Steel. The Chrome Plate has Very Minor Pitting. The Cadillac Emblem Section is Flawless with No Scratches No Scuffs and No Dulling. All Tabs are intact. Please refer to the Many Hi Res Pics that show this Item in Great Detail because what you see is Exactly what you get. This Cap was OEM in the 1980 and 1981 Deville and Fleetwood.
