1) My home is smoke-free! But I do have 2 dogs......
2) Please Contact me with ANY issues PRIOR to leaving negative/neutral Feedback or low detail ratings as I will always do my best to solve any problems that may come up!
3) Most items ship within 2 business days, but I do put 3 because sometimes life happens.
4) For multiple orders to the same address, shipping will be combined and any excess shipping the buyer paid will be refunded after the order is weighed and the label printed. I do this frequently and it has never been an issue!
