This is a small, black bedside/desk/travel alarm clock made by Staiger Clock Co in Germany.  At over 60 years old, it's in great shape.  Original case is black in color, with silver trim, and in good condition.  No dents or significant scratches to the case and the glass lens is free from chips, cracks and divots.  The face is clean and does not show signs of paint chipping or dusting.  The luminosity of the hands and hour markers is still very vibrant!  Both winders are present.  Both time set and alarm set knobs are present.

Timekeeping is accurate and the alarm works!
