Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close please, unless you contact me to make other arrangements.   

Postage: all items will be sent via eBay Simple Delivery. I will retain proof of posting but I cannot accept responsibility for items either lost or damaged in the postal system. Dispatch is normally within 24 hours of payment wherever possible (allowing for weekends or holidays) but will never be more than 72 hours in total. International bidders should note that items will be sent using the Global Shipping Programme.   

Packaging: comics are bagged and boarded and sent either in specially designed comic book mailers or in sturdy, reinforced envelopes. Records are sent in record mailers. Anything else will be sent in a box, bag or mailer as required. I normally only use recycled packing materials and I will always make sure your items are securely packaged.  

Comic and Record Grading: this tends to be very subjective and often doesn’t mean much to most people. I try to give an honest and fair assessment of the condition via description and photos. I am always happy to provide more photos and/or further details should you need them. I only list items that I have in my possession, so there is no waiting for pre-orders or for me to get items for you. Every listing has photos of the exact item you are bidding on, and/or stock photos where items are sealed. I collect comics and records myself and I know how important it is to get an honest assessment of what you're bidding on or buying.  

Returns: in the unlikely event of goods being damaged or faulty, you will be refunded or a suitable discount will be agreed with you if preferred. I will ask you to provide photos to confirm any issue raised. Other returns are accepted within a 14-day time frame and should be posted at the buyer's expense. Once I have the item back I will refund the cost of the item (but not any postage fees).
