Vtg Small Size CASE XX, model 5220 USA, 2 Blade Pocket Knife 

This is a neat little knife that's in great shape. On the side opposite the CASE marking, I don't know if that's a crack in the handle or just a groove. There is no looseness in the handle and the line doesn't go all the way from end to end.
