Willow Tree is an intimate line of figurative sculptures that speak in quiet ways to heal, comfort, protect and inspire. Artist Susan Lordi hand carves each original Willow Tree figure. Expression is revealed through gestures only... a tilt of the head, placement of the hands, a turn of the body. The simplicity of form and the absence of facial features signify Willow Tree. Payment:
Please pay as soon as possible when using the "Buy Now" option, after winning your Auction, or once your "Best Offer" has been accepted. This will allow us to process and ship your item faster. If an item is already "on sale" we may not consider any additional discounts, but it can't hurt to ask - so always make an offer!

Processing & Shipping Options: 
Once your order is received, we will process and ship our item(s) within 2 - 3 business days. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 7 - 10 days. If you need your item delivered faster, please let us know before you pay and we will be glad to make arrangements with you. We also offer Local Pick-up and can arrange a meet up within the Salt Lake Valley.

Shipping Costs & Combined Shipping:
Please keep in mind with Calculated Shipping we do not set the cost. That is done by the shipping companies mentioned above. We NEVER charge outrageous shipping fees for any of our products! Shipping costs these days are astronomical and fluctuate often due to economic influences worldwide. Combine that with all the supplies (outlined below) that come out of our pocket and sometimes we actually lose money shipping items to our customers. 

If you purchase multiple items and want to see if combined shipping would save you money, please contact us. Whenever possible we want to find the best shipping cost for you.  

Our Process:
We go out treasure hunting for each of our unique items so that you don't have to! We travel all around to estate sales, antique shops, flea markets, thrift shops and art festivals finding genuine antiques, one-of-a-kind custom-made items, quirky and unique stuff and those absolutely must-have items. When necessary, we thoroughly clean and repair them (without risking the integrity of the piece). Then we determine the pricing, which is based on the price we paid, the condition, age, online interest and availability of the item(s). We research everything we can find on our products and their manufacturers to pass that knowledge on to you, the savvy shopper. Whenever possible with our vintage or antique items we research and post information on the provenance. We discover how to properly care for the items and pass those suggestions on to you. Then we take more than a dozen professional-style photos to showcase the items. After all that effort we create the listing with detailed descriptions and all other pertinent information to help you make a well-informed selection with confidence. Then we proudly post the items to our eBay store! 

Storage & Packaging:
Until the items find a new home, we keep them safe in our secure storage facility. Once sold we package the items with all the care we would want our own orders shipped. We get the right size box for the job to ship the item to you, then there's the packing tape, bubble wrap, and "FRAGILE" stickers all purchased by us to ensure safe shipping. Finally, we drive them to the shipper for delivery hoping they care as much as we do about its safe arrival. We wish we could hand deliver them to you, but alas, we cannot. We rely on the shipper's professionalism and care to get the items safely to your home. Please hold onto the original packaging (for at least 30 days) for any possible returns.

Items Damaged in Shipping:
We take great pride in packing our products to precision for safe shipping and storage once the item arrives. That being said, unfortunately breakage happens! We cannot control how the Shippers (USPS, UPS or FedEx) handle a package once it has left our safe hands. We find some of the most incredible, often rare treasures, so when they are broken enroute to you it breaks our hearts. If your item does arrive broken, please contact us before opening a case with eBay. We are not circumventing the returns process whatsoever, we are simply trying to resolve it as quickly as possible for both of us. We will need photos of the damaged item(s) and the box it came in so we can file a claim with the shipper. Your cooperation in this process allows us to issue you a refund long before we ever receive one (if ever) from the shipper.
