Offered is a vintage CRONOW Swiss wristwatch dating to around the 1950s, sold as-is for repair or parts. It has a 17-jewel mechanical movement with Incabloc shock protection, marked waterproof and antimagnetic on the dial. The movement will tick intermittently when wound but the watch does not run reliably and is considered non-operational; a new crown should make winding easier, and additional service will almost certainly be required. The round chrome-plated brass case measures approximately 31 mm in diameter (excluding crown), about 10.5 mm thick with its high-domed acrylic crystal, and has 16 mm lug width. The crystal is yellowed with crazing, and the chrome plating shows wear through to brass on exposed edges, consistent with age and use. Dial, hands, and red central seconds show even patina; please review all photos carefully to judge condition and originality for yourself. No strap/bracelet is included—watch head only. This is a nice candidate for a hobbyist or collector who enjoys bringing vintage mechanical watches back to life and wants an uncommon Cronow piece for the bench or parts box.
