"SUMMER OF '42" Intrada Special Collection soundtrack 2CD - music composed by Michel Legrand
The soundtrack 2CD set to "SUMMER OF '42"(1970), a nostalgic romance film starred Jennifer O'Neill, Gary Grimes and Jerry Houser, directed by Robert Mulligan, original score composed by Michel Legrand. The CD also features Legrand's score to "THE PICASSO SUMMER"(1969).
The 2CD set from the Intrada label (Special Collection Volume 286), sold out years ago. Total 41 tracks, about 100 minutes of music but please note most of the expansion had been done to THE PICASSO SUMMER (nevertheless "SUMMER OF '42" was also expanded to 7 tracks about 17 minutes of recording in this album, from 2 tracks 5 1/2 minutes of music in the initial Warner Bros. label soundtrack LP). The CDs are brand new, still sealed in the factory wrap. It has no cut-out marks.
