Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 von Klüber Lubrication ist eine Hochtemperatur-Montagepaste auf Basis vollsynthetischer Grundöle mit keramischen Festschmierstoffen. Im Normaltemperaturbereich bis ca. 160 °C fungiert sie als wasserbeständiges Schmier- und Montagefett mit zuverlässiger Haftfähigkeit auf Metallen. Bei dauerhaft höheren Temperaturen bleiben die Festschmierstoffe im Reibkontakt und wirken bis 1200 °C Tribokorrosion sowie dem Fressen von Passungen entgegen.

Das Produkt ist NSF H1 registriert und entspricht FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 – entwickelt für den unvorhersehbaren Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln, Kosmetika, Arzneimitteln und Tierfutter. Die ISO 21469 Zertifizierung unterstützt die Einhaltung von HACCP-Anforderungen. Typische Einsatzbereiche: Führungsschienen, Scharniere, Rollen und Metall-Passungen. Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 by Klüber Lubrication is a high-temperature assembly paste based on fully synthetic oils with a special ceramic solid lubricant blend. Across the normal temperature range up to approx. 160 °C, it serves as a water-resistant lubricating and assembly grease with excellent adhesion on metals. At permanently elevated temperatures, the solid lubricants remain in the friction contact and counteract fretting corrosion and seizing of fits up to 1200 °C.

The product is NSF H1 registered and compliant with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 – designed for incidental contact with food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and animal feed. ISO 21469 certification supports HACCP compliance. Typical applications: guide rails, hinges, rollers, and metal fits. Clean the surface before first application and apply the paste sparingly.
