The vast majority of our items are pre-loved, second hand, used etc. We hand pick each item and inspect it to make sure that it meets our criteria to sell - basically, if I wouldn't be happy to own it myself then we don't sell it.

All our orders ship out next day in secure packaging. We use a number of different couriers but we always send every item with full tracking so you know where it is and when you'll receive it.
