Indiana Glass Fairy Lamp in the "Stars and Bars" aka Stars and Panel pattern in amber. Previously owned, I can feel and barely see a few of what I believe are slight manufacture mold release nicks / roughness on the outer bottom edge of the top, (see close-up) No chips or cracks. Stands about 6 1/2" high.
