All of my charms are AUTHENTIC Pandora (unless another brand which will be noted). PLEASE NOTE ~ Pandora started using the S before the 925 in 2011 so charms made before then will not have the S.

Please read the full description, terms and review all pictures BEFORE purchasing! Unless otherwise noted, items are pre-owned and could show some signs of use. If you don't see the hallmark in the picture, it has worn off (silver is a soft metal and this does happen sometimes with use)

I ship daily to get your item to you FAST! All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. This does not offer you protection against damage or loss which DOES happen occasionally so please drop me a note if you are interested in a different service!

Please be sure your address is correct in Paypal because I print my labels straight from your payment. If the address is wrong and your package comes back to me, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for it to be re-shipped. I can also issue a refund instead but it will be handled as a buyer's remorse return.

I do offer a 30 day money back return policy if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Refunds will be minus original shipping costs and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

If it appears as though I have made an error, please contact me right away so we can work it out. If it is decided that I did make the error, I will send a pre-paid label and refund 100% of the payment upon receipt of the item.

Items MUST be returned in the original condition as when sent!!! If you ordered a brand new Pandora item that came with the barcode baggie, it must be returned with the item or I will not be able to accept the return.
