Sure is still brand new with tags it was in storage for years so it has some wrinkles on it. There's these really small dots in the material I'm not sure if that's how it's made or they just popped up from being in storage. Kind of hard to notice especially if you're wearing it you'd really have to stare at it. Please look at pictures and let me know if you have any questions whatsoever thank you
