This item will be delivered by our courier and you will be notified via text if you supplied us with a mobile number with a 1 hour delivery slot.
(Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or ANY offshore UK address will be liable for extra freight charges)

Our Pallet Delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 8.30AM - 5.30PM.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur a redelivery charge.

Redelivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made. The courier will redeliver your item the next working day between 8.30AM – 5.30PM.

This is important because the couriers waiver liability once the item has been signed for.
If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging please sign for the item as DAMAGED put this by your signature. Please follow these instructions.
