Vintage piece. Monarch Junior labeling machine that includes the stamps.  While untested to see if it actually prints on a label, the wheel turns and mechanism moves when wheel is turned.  See video.  Very cool, vintage piece.  From the early 1900’s and has the original Monarch plaque on it.
