Lionel US NAVY USN 930 "Operating Submarine" on a USN 04039 Flat Car with clamp bars to hold submarine.
I have included the cut out pages from the set booklet that reference the sub operations, these pages are included.
This submarine has a windable rubber band to power the rotor blades to propel the sub and it winds, locks and WORKS correctly! The horizontal up and down rudder is movable, the vertical rudder appears to be in the fixed in position only.
This car is From the Lionel US Navy Military O27 Train set 6-11745 from 1994.
