   Shipping

Shipments will be made every business day until 12:30 p.m.
You can choose from the shipping methods available at checkout.

• Regular Shipping: delivery period of 2-5 working days once shipping (no tracking).
• Certified Shipping: delivery period of 2-5 working days once shipping (with tracking).
• Express Shipping: delivery period within 24 working hours once shipping (with tracking).

Outside peninsula, we do not have express shipping service, so you will need to choose the correct shipping, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The return policy allows you to return products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused, and complete. Pre-owned products should show no additional damage or signs of use.

Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of the product. Otherwise, shipping costs will be borne by the company.
