This is a Yanagisawa Tokyo No 5 Mouthpiece. From a local estate. I am not sure which type of sax this was designed to fit ?? I am not a music person. Maybe a Baritone ?? See photo above next to a ruler if that helps.  

Cosmetics-Good overall. Mostly been in storage. Some general wear, coating loss, and nicks in places. Good for someone who is a fan of this series. See lots of photos of what you are getting.
