As you can see by my photos this is a Steering Wheel that was removed from an early 1970's AMX many years ago and properly stored away.

This Factory Optional AMC cushion grip sport steering wheel is in nice used original condition and comes complete with it's matching horn cap, retaining hardware & mounting hub. This 3 spoke steering wheel is clean & straight and not bent or twisted and measures 15" in diameter. The 3 brushed stainless steel spokes are equally as nice. The molded Black vinyl cushion grip rim has nice even color with no staining or fade and is not sticky. However it does show some honest age and wear on the face of the rim and has a small cut mark at the bottom of the wheel near the 5 0'Clock position.   This steering wheel has been thoroughly cleaned and is shown in it's natural finish. It has not been enhanced by some type of product to make is shine or hide any defects.

My last 3 photograpsh show 2 different black horn caps. The AMC is for the cars and the Jeep is for the CJ's & Wagoneers. The winner has their choice of either cap but not both.  Each cap has a very nice clear and uncracked plastic center.
