Material and construction: heat-treated aluminum frame with oversized round tubing, welded joints, and an aluminum fork with straight blades and a standard caliper brake mount.

Color and finish: dark blue paint with white Cannondale logos, 3.0 Series Aluminum decals, American flag graphic, Handcrafted Heat Treated Aluminum seatstay text, and Straight Up Racing down tube graphics.

Logos and markings: Cannondale wordmarks on the top tube and head tube, 3.0 Series Aluminum badge on the seat tube, Aluminum Fork Technology decal on the fork leg, and additional Cannondale USA graphics.

Drivetrain and brake compatibility: configured for front and rear caliper brakes with a single-bolt mount, with cable guides on the top tube and down tube plus downtube shifter or cable stop bosses for mechanical derailleurs.
