Silk dress fabric is black background with royal blue polka dots. Sleeves and bow tie are black and royal blue striped silk. Dress is fully lined in black polyester other than the sleeves, which are sheer.
Dress is cut princess-style with vertical darts in both front and back. Buttons from bodice to hem (2 extra buttons attached).
Condition is excellent -- never worn.
