Antique Western Electric wall mounted telephone ringer box in oak case.

Contains original Western Electric electromagnetic ringer assembly with dual 500Ω coils and mechanical striker mechanism. These were used with early magneto wall telephones to provide the ringing bell signal.

Wood case with hinged lid and original wiring terminals inside. Interior mechanism appears intact with original components and Western Electric tag present.

Hand crank and internal mechanism move when turned. Item has not been tested with a telephone line due to age.

Shows normal age, wear, dust and patina consistent with early 20th century electronics.

Great piece for collectors of antique telephones, Western Electric equipment, or early communication technology.
