Returns

At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.

Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
