I would assume this was some sort of Childs cupboard , that someone made who possibly wasn't a cabinet maker but was highly skilled, maybe it was a sample hard to say ! , certainly hand made with original paint , probably circa 1900-1930 range, this is when they where using this style grain painting, possibly from the amish community as well. 56 inches tall 16 inches deep and 27 inches wide, you certainly could use it to store spices or almost anything in the kitchen , that baby blue paint is also super cool , again a wonderful primitive
