For several years I have been creating unique wall art pieces made from natural copper. What began as a personal passion and fascination with the beauty of raw materials has gradually grown into a small collection of handcrafted artworks.

Each piece is made from real copper and goes through a natural oxidation and ageing process that creates distinctive colours, textures, and patterns. Because this process develops organically, every artwork is completely unique and cannot be exactly replicated.

The copper sheet is mounted on a 5 mm plywood backing and supported by a handmade inner frame on the reverse side. This inner frame has a depth of approximately 2.5 cm, giving the artwork a subtle floating effect when displayed on the wall. The frame is finished in an antique gold tone and sealed with a dark finishing wax to enhance its character.

After the patina forms, the surface is carefully finished with two layers of clear satin varnish and an additional wax finish. This protects the artwork while preserving the natural depth, character, and subtle sheen of the copper.

Over the years many of my copper wall art pieces have found new homes in different parts of the world. Each one is a one-of-a-kind creation, made with care, patience, and attention to detail.
