Pre-owned.  No flaws are noted on the exterior, the interior shows various stains from use.  A smattering of ink in one pocket, light orangish brown stains in another.  These have been cleaned & sanitized with only the stains remaining. No rips, holes, fraying, etc..  Very good condition.
