It Does Not Stretch. The Front and Back Panels are like a Puffer Style, made with Polyester, to help with Wind/Water Resistant. The Sleeves have a Fleece type of Lining in them Covered with a Polyester type of Fabric. The Hood is made like a Polyester type of Fabric. It is a Front Fully Zipper Jacket. The Hood has a Drawcord in it that You can Adjust on Both Sides for Head/Upper Body Warmth. It has 2 Front Pockets with Zipper Closures.
