I work very hard at giving descriptions of my items so the buyer is aware of the condition of all the items I sell. I try to accurately describe my items as well as I can. In the case of used items, I try to provide as many pictures as I can, especially if there are any flaws or defects present. However, I am human, and I may miss something now and then. I also try to provide as much information about the product as I can. If you have additional questions about an item, please ask me before buying so I can get you all the information that you need.
Also, knowing how everyone's iPhone and monitors can show colors of varying shades, please know that I try to accurately describe colors in items as best I can. If you need clarification on a color, please ask me. Returning an item due to color not looking like it did on your computer screen does not mean that I did not describe it properly.

All items that I ship come with USPS tracking, and the Priority packages are insured. I believe that my shipping rates are fair, however, if you have questions, please contact me before paying for your item. Thank you for your understanding!!
RETURNS
I care about my customers! Please let me know if the item does not meet your satisfaction, and we will work out a solution. I will accept returns for up to 30 days. If I have not described an item properly, or it is damaged during shipping, I will accept your return and refund you in full, including the cost of return shipping. PLEASE read my positive feedback rating. Any items being returned must be in original condition as sent to the buyer and free of smoke smell.
Unfortunately, I have to put this in writing, however, if you choose to return the item because you don't like it or no longer want it, I will take the item back. However, the buyer will pay for shipping both ways.
For all returns, the following conditions apply: If the item was sold as being in a "sealed" box or is a new item and has been opened or used by the buyer, the condition has changed, and I am unable to take it back, and there are NO REFUNDS. Also, any items sold with tags have to be returned with the tags still attached.
