SHIPPING CARRIER ISSUES AND LOST PACKAGES :
If there are any issues with a package once we have shipped it, these will need to be addressed through the shipping carrier. This includes damages in shipping, late arrival of shipments, mis-shipments, lost and stolen packages.
Stolen packages will likely require a police report when filing a claim through the shipping carrier as well.
