Dirt on plastic. May have odor from years of being stored. Tear in paper and scuffing on the open part where plastic tears edge. Cardboard bends on top and edge. Perimeters in places. Eagle may be plastic. The poles are colored brassish metal. 100% cotton flag sticker on front; may be curled in. Paper underneath can have age stains. Perimeter cardboard will have bend ins in edging. Could be a stain on backside, maybe from cardboard being near Betsy Ross logo. Horizontal tear near top. Right side cardboard can have bends near pole area; especially on backside. Dirt can be under plastic. K mart logo on front and 13.97 price made in 1990. See all pics for they are part of condition.
