Authentic Soviet Military Officer "Yuft" Grained Leather Boots

Up for sale is a rare pair of heavy-duty, vintage Soviet Army officer boots. These are genuine YUFT (Russian Grained Leather) boots — a thick, water-resistant, and incredibly durable natural cowhide known 

for its distinctive textured surface.

Manufactured in 1983 at the prestigious Romny Footwear Factory (USSR, Ukrainian SSR), these boots were built to the rigorous GOST 19137-73 military standards for field command staff.

• Material: 100% Authentic Grained Yuft Leather. Extremely tough and durable.

• Lining: Full internal lining made of soft, light-colored natural leather, characteristic of premium officer issues.

• Construction: Traditional Wood-and-Metal Peg (Nail) sole attachment. This "old-school" method ensures the sole is virtually indestructible.

• Sole: Original thick leather outsole ("Cheprak") with factory markings.

• Manufacturer: Romny Shoe Factory (Original blue "РОМНЫ" stamp inside).

The boots are in Good vintage condition for their age, with the leather remaining supple and strong.

• Toes: Visible scuffs and surface wear on the tips and outer edges. Some scratches are present on the front area.

• Heels & Soles: Natural wear on the heels and edges of the soles consistent with use and age.

• Welt & Stitching: The welt shows some minor scuffing and fraying but remains structurally sound.

• Interior: Factory stamps and size markings are clearly visible and well-preserved.
