Born in London 1944 and grew up as a fourth generation hairdresser. I came to painting later in life all though it was something I had always wanted to do and the only school subject that I loved. In the year 2000 I took an Art and Design Course Level 4 which enabled me to go to Auckland University to study Fineart I managed to do 2years there and it was wonderful to learn. I 
now paint incessantly because I have to, like breathing or taking food and water. Art is what I do,it expresses my feelings of love sadness and passion.I have sold many paintings since 2001 in New Zealand and UK but selling is not my main purpose for pursuing creative projects. It is a pleasure to show my work on here and I enjoy viewing and exchanging comments with artists from all over the world.Thanks for reading this and keep in touch---I love to hear from you al
