EPIPHONE SHERATON II / 1987 / MADE IN KOREA

Blimey, this guitar is utterly stunning! The early Korean made, ‘Epiphone by Gibson’s have a well deserved reputation for being of superior quality and craftsmanship to the more recent versions, and this one is no exception. They’ve also gained bit of a cult following and are becoming increasingly sought after. If you know, you know! 

This one is from 1987 and still has the serial number sticker on the back of the headstock. 

As you can see from the photos, it has been loved, played and looked after. The paintwork is in very good condition with just light play wear. The hardware all appears to be original and works perfectly. 

There is some wear to the fingerboard around the third fret (the previous owner obviously played a lot of open chords). There’s also a little bit of fret wear in the area, but it plays perfectly and isn’t noticeable under the fingers.

Prior to listing, the guitar has had a full health-check and service and everything works as it should. It’s been cleaned, had a fret polish, fingerboard condition and restrung with a packet-fresh set of D’addario XL10’s. So you can get playing as soon as you receive it :-)
