The base is made of a high-quality aluminum alloy, rather than a plastic material, yet is still light weight. Frames and wire are made from food grade stainless steel. Select from a variety of frame sizes. A 22.5 mm frame will ship with this guitar cutter (most popular) unless otherwise specified.

Guitar Cutter wire spacing: Intervals of 7.5 mm is standard but if you are looking for 5 mm spacing, we have that available too. Use the included pick-up pan or tray to move food product to and from the Guitar cutter or to rotate it.
