Sleeve is quite tatty with creases and some water marks on rear of sleeve, also stickers and sticker residue. Cassette seals are all intact and no mould at all. The cassette has the old Video shop stickers covering the CIC label, despite these imperfections it is a very rare old collectible Betamax cassette of a classic cult Slasher horror. The box is an original CIC black Small box in good condition.
