This Danny O'Day ventriloquist dummy has been upgraded with a padded wood framed hollow body and a ball and socket neck. 

The head is mounted on a wooden control stick and can turn full circle, tilt, and nod!  The mouth, eyes and eyebrows work by moving the levers on the control stick (SEE PHOTIS & VIDEO).
