Lionel 9703 CP Rail box car. Wheels need cleaning. I don't see rust, but the wheels do seem dirty. There is a small patch of surface rust on one of the coupler plungers. Shell of the car looks very clean, almost unused. Cutting back my collection drastically due to health reasons. Dusty. I can't clean them because of severe dust allergy. Look at the photos for the true, detailed description and be sure it is what you want and that everything there is what you expect. Ask questions. Look at the photos.
