These are very high-quality heavy duty knives. Each measures 9.75 inches long. There is a slight serrated edge on half of the blade so these could be used to cut meat. All knives show light wear from use. These are being sold in quantities of eight. You can order multiple quantities of eight by choosing quantity in order pull down menu. Qty 1 = 8 knives. Qty 2 = 16 knives etc.
