Packaging status (factory sealed vs. not sealed), shown in photos

Pricing Standard

Pricing reflects the factory-sealed (or clearly unused) items included in the listing. Any unsealed/open cartridges included are treated as bonus items with no added value unless explicitly stated otherwise. Because remaining ink/toner level and performance in open products is unknown and cannot be verified without using the product, we include them for free to our customers.

Returns Standard

Factory-sealed items: Eligible for return per the listings return policy.
Unsealed/open bonus items: Not eligible for return/refund due to performance, remaining level, or compatibility.
