I am finally listing my collection of vintage and collectible license plates. They are in a variety of condition. My pictures will do the best description of each one of them each 1 was cleaned, but will probably need a better cleaning for your wall hanger. Some have rust, some have holes, some are dented and I'll try to point out each one of the defects as I go.

This plate has 2 holes where the top bolts would have bolted into the steel license plate surface.Rest appears in a couple spots around the edges.And on the plate , this is a steel frame , so it is solid good wall hanger , but it does have the two holes
