Die RBEW1920 ist eine automatische Maschine für die kontinuierliche und wiederholgenaue Anwendung von Schrumpfschläuchen.
Ausgehend von Schrumpfmaterial von der Rolle führt die Maschine nacheinander Zuführen, Zuschneiden des Schlauchs auf Länge und Schrumpfen aus, mit dem Ziel, manuelle Arbeit (von Hand schneiden, aufschieben, erhitzen) zu eliminieren und diesen Schritt in einen schnelleren, stabileren und standardisierten Prozess zu verwandeln.
Eine besonders nützliche Lösung, wenn Schrumpfschläuche wiederholt auf Kabel, kleine Kabelsätze oder Komponenten aufgebracht werden müssen und dabei gefordert sind:
1) Konstante Positionierung des Schlauchs (immer an derselben Stelle),
2) Konstante Schnittlänge
3) Gleichmäßiges Schrumpfergebnis
4) Reduzierung von Fehlern und Zeitaufwand gegenüber manueller Arbeit (variable Längen, nicht zentrierte Schläuche, ungleichmäßige Erwärmung).
So funktioniert es
1) Automatische Zuführung von der Rolle: Das Schrumpfmaterial wird automatisch abgerollt und zugeführt, ohne manuelles Zuschneiden und Vorbereiten der Teile.
2) Automatisches Ablängen: Die Maschine schneidet den Schlauch auf die eingestellte Länge und sorgt für gleichmäßigere Ergebnisse.
3) Aufschieben/Positionierung am Produkt: Der Schlauch wird präzise an der definierten Stelle positioniert.
4) Schrumpfen: Nach Abschluss der Positionierung führt die Maschine den Schrumpfprozess aus, um ein gleichmäßiges und wiederholbares Ergebnis zu erzielen.
