New in package from a very fine home.  Please note the blouse used for the photos is a sample blouse, and my camera isn't that great at taking solid black.  What you'll get is a brand new in package, unused blouse (see last 3 photos).  It came from the home of someone who worked at Chanel for over 10 years.  See above and pictures for further description of the item's condition.
