EXCHANGE
PURCHASE POLICY: This is an
exchange purchase. That means you are
only paying for the chrome by sending your original/core parts to us. If you want the purchased item to be shipped
right away, then we require a core deposit of $___750.00____. This allows you to change out your part with
no down time and send your part to us when the project is completed. Your core return must be in good condition
with no dents, damage, or previous chrome.
The deposit will be refunded to you once we receive your core part. Please repackage the parts the same way our
parts were packaged when we sent them to you, using the same box and all
packaging materials. This will help
prevent your core from getting damaged on the way back to us. After your part has been received, inspected
and found in good condition, the core deposit will be refunded within 5-7
business days. If you are not in a rush,
you can send us your core first and avoid the core charge. Although we don’t suggest this because we
have high quality foam inserts which makes it simple for you to return your
part in the same box.

DOES
IT FIT? If you are not sure
these parts will fit on your bike, please contact me prior to your purchase so
we can verify they will or will not fit your bike.
PURCHASE: Please note, before buying or bidding on any
of our parts, when an item is shown with a part number there will be no refunds
on those items. If there is no part
number given in the description then we offer a 15-day money back policy. Refunds are given for parts after the item is
returned in the same condition in which you received it.

CHROME
PROCESS: We complete a 5-step
chroming process. This includes all
parts being sanded smooth to remove all rough casting. Then each part is hand polished to a mirror
shine before going through a TRIPLE chrome plating process. None of these chromed parts have been
installed since being chromed.
ORDER
SHIPMENT: Upon confirmation
of your order, and receipt of payment, this order will be shipped within one to
four (1-4) business days.
WARRANTY: These parts carry a one-year warranty against
defects in material or workmanship. This
warranty does not cover misuse or negligence.
If you take care of these parts, they should last a lifetime.
U. S. SHIPPING:
There is a flat fee for shipping within
the 48 Continental United States. Shipping
costs for shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be slightly higher.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING: International
purchases are generally only for “Outright” purchases. Shipping and custom costs for international shipments
will be calculated by eBay prior to your payment for the parts ordered.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
PURCHASES: International buyers can only
purchase an “Exchange” if they pay an additional invoice for the core deposit
amount in order to change the “Exchange” to an “Outright” purchase (you will be
able to keep your original parts).
Please send us a message to verify you will be keeping the original
parts, and we will send you an invoice after the eBay purchase.
RETURN
POLICY: If anything was
damaged during shipping, or if the item was described incorrectly, or if for any
other reason there is something wrong with the purchase, please bring this to my
attention within 7 days of receiving of your package. Otherwise, shipping costs for items returned
will not be refunded.
