This is a Chattanooga Ultrasound and Stim Combo machine, with 2 channels. Original ultrasound head and probe set, 4 original electrode pads, the 79977 high-voltage probe (retails for $229), 2 (very old) disposable electrode pads, and the original manual are included. I have the 2.5x24" roll of Nylatex, but it wasn't used, so it's discolored as a result of dust collection. The manual has foxing, also from dust. The unit is fully functional.
The case is in good condition, but the plastic has become extremely brittle. The clips for the ultrasound head are both broken, as are the internal seats for the screws that hold the box together. The unit will need to be secured with a band or tape.
Note: I am clearing out the office of a chiropractor who is retiring. There are therapy tables and two adjustment tables, which I am listing locally (Virginia Beach), as well as several "stim" devices and anatomy/acupuncture wall hangings, which I'll be listing here on eBay.
