Payment Policy
Signed contract and Full payment is due within four days of auctions end unless an exception is made with me.
Cashier’s Check or Certified Check made payable to the Escrow Company. If you choose to pay with a Credit Card, a 3.5% fee will apply. We accept the following Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. All funds are held in Escrow until the property is transferred.
