Scarce and highly collectible large riginal first printing concert poster advertising Canadian jazz pianist and composer Oscar Peterson (1925–2007) at the Philharmonie in Munich [Germany] on Tuesday, 3rd November, 1987, presented by Rüdiger Hoffmann and Stimmen Der Welt. Accompanied by guitarist Joe Pass, bassist Dave Young, and drummer Martin Drew, the concert in Munich was part of a five-date German tour during November, commencing at the Philharmonie in Berlin on 2nd November and ending at the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf on 9th November, 1987. With this line-up he recorded Oscar Peterson Live! and Time After Time, both recorded at Westwood Playhouse, Los Angeles on 12th and 14th November, 1986, and released by Pablo Records. The poster features artwork by Izquierdo from a photo by Hans Harzheim, with the artists’ imprints to the bottom right corner.

The poster measures 83.8 x 59.2 cm (approx. 33″ by 23.3″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock.
