The condition of the book is at a 9.4 condition as it sits, however I do think it has a VERY strong chance of hitting a 9.6, and maaaayne a 9.8
The front cover only has 2 spine ticks that might be able to get pressed out and the bottom left corner of the front cover could use a pressing benefit.
The back cover needs to be cleaned as well but otherwise this book is beautiful for its age along with beautiful white pages
