This might be an NOS replacement part. 

Color and material: Black painted aluminum alloy 3-finger lever blade with matching textured black alloy body and clamp, plus steel pivot and clamp hardware.

Set includes: Single right-hand brake lever with integrated clamp and hardware only; lever only, no shifter pod, no matching left lever, no cables, housing, or original packaging are included.

This might be an NOS replacement part. Vintage condition with moderate cosmetic wear from age and prior MTB use. Black lever blade shows numerous paint chips and light scratches along the edges, and the body has scuffs, small nicks, and light finish wear with minor oxidation on the hardware and fading on the graphics. Lever blade is straight, pivot and clamp hardware turn freely, and the shifter pod mounting base is intact; includes the single right-hand brake lever with clamp only, no shifter pod, cables, housing, left lever, or original packaging.
