This premium-grade food is for herbivorous and primarily carnivorous sucker fish (Pleco) including those in the following genera: Hypancistrus (omnivorous),

Pseudacanthicus (primarily carnivorous), Panaque (primarily herbivorous with some meat consumption),

and Baryancistrus (primarily herbivorous with some meat consumption).

It contains plum extract, which helps improve blood circulation in the capillaries of the fish's skin,

resulting in a shiny and bright complexion, enhancing the fish's coloration, especially white markings. The food pellets are designed to be bite-sized and soften instantly when in water.

However, they do not dissolve or disperse in the water, making them ideal for the feeding behavior of small, medium, and large sucker fish that have their mouths on the underside.

This makes them easy for the fish to eat.

The beneficial bacteria, a unique strain from Hikari called Hikari Germ,

help boost immunity, improve digestion and absorption, and enhance the excretory system.

It also helps reduce waste in the water when the fish excrete.
